There are lots of reasons to become a member.
Members get a $2 rebate at the door for concerts in our annual series for which
they buy a full cost ticket.
If you are a member and live outside the Egmont to Halfmoon Bay mailing area, we
send you a "hot-off-the-presses" concert series brochure in the mail as soon as
it comes out in August of each year.
Members who give us their e-mail addresses are put on our distribution list and
get friendly e-mail reminders about each concert about 2 weeks ahead of time
along with a backgrounder on the artists performing.
When we need people to help/volunteer at events and concerts, the first place we
look is our membership list.
And, of course, there the financial reasons. You know that your membership dues
help us bring great musical experiences to Pender Harbour. But did you also know
that when we apply for grants and other kinds of support, we are often asked
"How many members do you have?"
